  • AgilePM Foundation involves a 3-day classroom course or 23 hours of online self-study. Learners explore Agile philosophy, project stages, deliverables, methods, roles, and the Foundation exam criteria.
  • AgilePM Practitioner consists of a 2-day classroom course or 20 hours of self-directed learning online. It covers applying DSDM principles, adjusting lifecycle, assessing deliverables, using methods, defining roles, control mechanisms, managing requirements, tracking progress, and preparing for the Practitioner exam.
