AgilePM Practitioner training provides builds upon knowledge you gained at Foundation level. It equips you with enough knowledge and understanding of the Agile Project Framework to apply and tailor it to a given scenario.

You should understand:

  • How to apply the underpinning DSDM philosophy and principles in a project situation.
  • How to configure the lifecycle of an agile project.
  • How to create and evaluate the contents of products produced during an agile project.
  • How to apply these agile techniques in a project situation: facilitated workshops;
  • MoSCoW prioritisation; iterative development; modelling; timeboxing .
  • How to identify agile techniques to be used appropriately in agile projects .
  • Agile project roles and responsibilities and determine the appropriate personnel to fulfil them.
  • The specific mechanisms for control of an agile project .
  • How to test, estimate and measure progress on agile projects.
  • The agile approach to managing requirements, and identify actions to rectify problems with requirements within agile projects.
