agileKRC are the Agile experts with over 20 years of experience in AgilePM® training, delivering courses accredited by the APMG.
Benefits of AgilePM®
Agile project management provides organisations with a more structured approach to project management, offering a range of benefits including:
- An increased chance of delivering the right product
- On time delivery of projects without compromising quality
- The ability to respond to change during the project
- How to harness the advantages of collaborative working
What you will learn
Our AgilePM® training courses use a combination of theory and practical exercises to cover a range of topics and provide delegates with an in-depth knowledge of agile project management and a strong understanding of how to implement it successfully.
On this course you will learn how to:
- Work effectively in an Agile environment
- Use Agile behaviours and techniques at scale
- ‘Be Agile’ in more complex environments where stricter governance or compliance is required
- Understand the fundamental concepts that differentiate Agile from more traditional approaches
At the end of each course you will sit one or two exams and, upon successful completion, become certified in AgilePM®. Our industry leading pass rates are: 99.8% for the AgilePM Foundation exam and 98.0% for the AgilePM Practitioner exam.
We have put together an AgilePM survival guide to help you prepare for the exams, this includes a 15-minute video on how to pass the AgilePM exams and if you attend an agileKRC course you can access a longer 45-minute video that goes into more detail.
Foundation or Practitioner?
All training takes place during the first 3 days of the course. The Foundation exam is taken at the end of the third day, and the Practitioner exam is taken on the fourth day. The Foundation course is suitable for anyone who is looking to learn more about AgilePM, and the Practitioner course is more suitable if you are looking to demonstrate your skills to potential clients or employers and want to improve your credentials.
AgilePM® or PRINCE2 Agile®?
We often get asked about these two frameworks and which is the best approach to take. We advise that if you have passed a PRINCE2 exam in the past, then to choose the PRINCE2 Agile course, and if you don’t have any PRINCE2 qualifications, then the AgilePM course is the quickest way to achieving a widely recognised qualification. You can find out more information on the differences between AgilePM and PRINCE2 Agile in this resource.
