Certified Lean Kanban Foundation (KMP1)
Certified Lean Kanban Foundation (KMP1) is a highly interactive two-day course accredited by the Lean-Kanban University (LKU) and provides in-depth training in Kanban principles and the principles that underpin the Kanban method, including a fully immersive Kanban simulation.
Kanban is a popular framework designed to help teams work together more effectively on projects of any size. There are many advantages of using the Kanban method, such as increased flexibility, focus on continuous delivery, reduction of wasted time, and increased productivity and efficiency.
The Kanban method is an evolutionary approach to change and change management by starting with what you do now, current roles, responsibilities and job titles, encouraging acts of leadership at all levels and agreeing to pursue incremental, evolutionary change that evolves business processes using a Kaizen approach that reduces the risks associated with complex change programmes.
This course meets the requirements of Kanban Management Professional 1 (KMP1).
Throughout this interactive Kanban training course, delegates learn to guide a team in their adoption of Kanban, support the team in day-to-day operation, help teams identify and resolve hindrances to flow, take measurements and create meaningful metrics and evolve processes and practices according to team needs.
