Course Overview

This DSDM course is evenly divided between the theory of DSDM and the practical application of its techniques. Delegates will receive a DSDM Pocketbook. They can elect to take the Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Foundation exam (accredited by APMG) at the end of the third day.

Course Objectives

To give delegates a practical understanding of DSDM that should enable them to become immediately productive in an agile project environment. To highlight the difference between solution delivery at a work package level and the wider view of how a project environment operates. To prepare delegates for the Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Foundation exam.

Who will benefit from this DSDM course?

This DSDM course will benefit team members who are involved in a DSDM project. Typical roles would include Project Manager/Team Leader, Business Analyst, Solution Developer and Solution Tester/Quality Reviewer. It would also be of benefit to business stakeholders who would be part of a DSDM Development Team.
