Certified Lean Kanban Foundation Course
Certified Lean Kanban Foundation is a highly interactive two-day course accredited by the Lean-Kanban University (LKU) and provides robust in-depth training in Kanban principles and practices. This includes a fully immersive Kanban simulation of how Lean Kanban helps individuals, teams and organisations to balance the workload, visualize work and improve the delivery of high-quality products.
The Kanban method is an evolutionary approach to change and change management by starting with what you do now, current roles, responsibilities and job titles, encouraging acts of leadership at all levels and agreeing to pursue incremental, evolutionary change that evolves business processes using a Kaizen approach that reduces the risks associated with complex change programmes.
Delegates learn to guide a team in their adoption of Kanban, support the team in day-to-day operation, help teams identify and resolve hindrances to flow, take measurements and create meaningful metrics and evolve processes and practices according to team needs.
Participants will learn how to identify sources of dissatisfaction, analyse demand vs capability, model the knowledge discovery process, design Kanban systems and their visualisations, prioritise improvements, identify classes of service and create a rollout plan.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
