About Scrum certification

Scrum is an agile method that contains a lightweight set of values, principles, and practices that help cross-functional teams deliver products and services in short cycles. Scrum focuses its primary efforts on feedback, continuous improvement, rapid adaptation, and timely delivery.

Scrum works by breaking projects, large products, and services into smaller units of work. Projects are completed and released by cross-functional teams in short timeframes, known as scrums. Scrum teams inspect each iteration of the product as it is finished and then adapt what is created in the next scrum, based upon user feedback. [MORE]

    What students say

    About Scrum certification

    Why Scrum?

The Scrum framework is simple to understand, as are its’ rules and roles. It’s a semi-prescriptive approach that helps prevent unnecessary errors in the development process while giving managers enough flexibility to mould it to their own needs and contexts.

The ability of Scrum to organize complex tasks into manageable user stories makes it ideal for complicated projects. Clearly defined roles and responsibilities help ensure that there are transparency and accountability throughout the development cycle. [MORE]
